Lemon Butter Cod

Im in general a fussy eater but now im challenging myself to be more adventurous. Tonight for dinner i decided to make Cod fillet, and it was delicious! I added some sweet patato and avocado on the side. In my opinion all the tastes went really well together.

Ingriedients:

2 tbsp Olive oil

2 tbsp Lemon juice

Garlic paste, to taste

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 Cod fillets

1 Lemon

3 teaspoons Butter

Step 1: mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic paste and salt and pepper.

Step 2: place cod fillets in an oven bowl and pore the sauce over. Then cut your lemon and place on top of each fillet. After this add the 3 tablespoons of buttet on top of upir Cod

Step 3: place inside preheated of 200°c and allow to bake for 20min.

Step 4: Now is the time to cook your side dishes of choice. If like me you choose to do mashed sweet patato you can boil and mash your sweat patato and then cut your Avocado in to cubes. I think next time im makeing this meal i would definitely add fetta cheese to the avocado.

This will definitely be one of those healthy meals I add to my weekly meal plan. Let me know what you tought of it.
